Do we accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges on any items for any reason, unless you were sent the wrong item. Be sure to check our sizing chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size. We are not responsible for lost or returned items, so be sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address.
Orders are usually mailed out within 10-15 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Once the item(s) leave my possession I am no longer responsible for them if they are lost, stolen, or damaged en-route, nor do I guarantee any delivery dates. If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed it is up to you to contact the USPS to file a claim. I do not offer replacements, exchanges, or refunds for any items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged. Please Note: During increased shipping times ie: holiday season, the USPS may experience delays that are completely out of my control.
How do I wash my customized Items?
Due to the delicate nature of these handmade garments, extra care needs to be taken when laundering them. Please be sure to follow the below instructions. Refunds/and or replacement items will not be issued due to damages caused from improper care.
- Machine wash inside out on gentle cycle in cold water or hand-wash with cold water.
- Lay flat to dry
- Do not iron over decoration
- Do not use bleach, OxyClean, or fabric softener
NOTE: Most garments have not been pre-shrunk and will shrink if dried or washed in hot water. Be sure to wash tie dyed garments separately, as the dye may bleed.
